Collecting waste material and old furniture (window frames, wood from the floors and walls etc) could be considered a design's equivalent to finding footage. It shows the identity of a city, a group of people, a community. With these local resources, Rikkert Paauw (NL) will compose a spatial intervention for the duration of the Tallinn Architecture Biennale 2019 and Tallinn Design Night Festival to show what was already there. He will concentrate on the area in and near Noblessner in the northern part of Tallinn.
